For example, in Block #2, the starting price for a first floor one-bedroom is approx. $70,315 USD for 43.8 sq.m. And in Block #3, the price of a fifth floor two-bedroom is approx. $172,028 USD for 95.2 sq.m. Price varies per floor, price increases the higher the unit is in the block.
Discount price with single payment. Initial payment is 15-20% of the sum amount. A mortgage is an option; TBC Bank is a mortgage partner. Options also include interest-free in-house installment (0% installment, down payment 1% – long-term installment 30 months).
