There is a new ski resort project in Goderdzi currently underway. In Batumi, the two main residential projects are Metro City Residence (473 units) and Metro City Legend Residence (488 units). Metro City also has the following hotel projects: Metro Sky Tower Hotel, Euphoria Hotel, Legend Business Hotel Batumi and Intourist Palace Batumi.
