“Mtatsminda Panorama” is an exclusive project by KTW Development, located in the historic district of Tbilisi – Mtatsminda, on Tariel Street. The development comprises 21 apartments and features modern architecture while maintaining the charm of old Tbilisi.

How it is going to be constructed
The construction complex is made up of 2 blocks. The monolithic work on Block A has been completed, and the foundation of Block B has been prepared. It’s important to note that only high-quality, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly building materials are being used. These include Ytong ISO block for sound and heat insulation, aluminum stained-glass windows, French energy-saving glass packages, natural stone, decorative panels, windows, and stained-glass systems. “Mtatsminda Panorama” is a 40% energy-efficient project.
In addition to the refined exterior, the building is structurally solid and can withstand seismic activity. Excavation works reaching a depth of 15 meters have been carried out in the area
